frustration you often feel when dealing with web technology.
When we need information from you to complete your request, we will explain what we
need without using baffling techno-jargon! If we do slip up and ask for something you don’t
understand, don’t be afraid to yell ‘help’!
There are no stupid questions!
We won’t close requests till we know you are happy with the solution we have provided.
We are not yet another ‘system’ you need to battle with – we’re on your side!
We’ll make suggestions!
If you have asked us to do X&Y, we will often ask if you’d like us to do Z as well.
This ‘Z’ may be the crucial element you didn’t even know you were missing out on.
We’ll be quick!
We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours. Completion will depend on the request,
but we’ll be as quick as we can without compromising on quality.
Have a new program or product launching? Be sure to let us know your launch date so we
can work with you to make sure everything is in place!
We can do lots of tasks you haven’t even thought of yet!
